Cicilia our Photographer was super accommodating and even took the time to show us around the square and gave us extra opportunities for photos at hidden gem locations! The whole experience was wonderful and when we finally boarded the Gondola it was fantastic! Our Captain gave us a free tour and we heard a lot of the history of Venice and Covilia took some more beautiful photos of my husband and I capturing this magical time. We would highly recommend this experience!!!

Ride was pleasant enough. Gondola driver did not do any narration and spent most of the time on his cell phone chatting. Even just a few comments about the canals we were in, what we were seeing would have added a lot to this trip.

It was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely people checked us in, and then one took us on the short walk to the gondola. Our gondalier was lovely and took us on a fabulously peaceful tour of the back street canals before emerging back onto mainstream Venice. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

WARNING! The guide (who is also the photographer) was 20 minutes late. We had no contact with him or with the agency providing the service. When you book a 90-minute gondola ride with a photographer, keep in mind that 60 of those minutes are a photo shoot on land, and the remaining 30 are a gondola ride through the small canals. A week later, I still haven’t received the photos from the session.

Just the calm, pretty "stroll" through the Grande (and side) canals was fantastic. I only wish the "driver" could have pointed out the "hidden" gems... he said nothing the entire half hour.

The experience itself was great, but my dissatisfaction came from how the experience was listed. It described that gondolas could hold up to 5 people, but did not clearly explain that includes the two musicians. We booked intending to have our party of five enjoy the experience but were forced to only have three take the ride while the other two stayed back due to space limits. Had we known that we could only get three on there, we would've booked a different experience.
