• Arrive at your departure point at least 15 minutes before your chosen sailing time. If you are late, your voucher can be used at any time of your choice on the day that you have selected.

• There is a complimentary digital audio guide in multiple languages. Simply scan the QR code at the ferry terminal or onboard to access it. For the best experience, please bring your own headphones, ensure your phone is fully charged, and you have mobile data enabled. If you don't have a smartphone or device, you can request a printed cruise fact sheet from a member of staff

• Dogs on short leads and bikes are welcome on board the ferry.

• Toilets and accessible facilities are available both on board and at the ferry terminals.

• Meals, snacks, and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the on-board café bar and licensed bar.

• The River Explorer Cruise operates with hourly departures from Liverpool Pier Head - Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal, with the first and last departure times varying by season and day of the week.
