Die Schiffsbesatzung ist sehr freundlich und professionell, die Abfahrt vom Anleger sowie die Ankunft an den Zielorten erfolgen pünktlich. Die Decks und der Speisesaal sind gepflegt und sauber, und das Essen ist köstlich

Eine sehr nette Crew und das Essen war sehr gut. Das Ambiente war sehr schön und man kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war stimmig. Auch ist der Anlegeplatz mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

It was a lovely way to finish off what has been a wonderful first visit to Vienna. The departure point was easy enough to find, although the office where we should have collected the tickets had closed early, but this was sorted out as we boarded. The meal was enjoyable, although the courses were spaced out throughout the journey. We went down and bought some chips to keep us going before the main course arrived. The two waiters serving the drinks and food on the top deck were kept very busy. We didn't spot any of the well-known landmarks but enjoyed seeing other buildings and shipping, such as houseboats and river cruise ships previously seen on TV. The lock was an interesting experience and it was great to see the sunset over the Danube, and the lights along the canalside as darkness fell. Would recommend the trip.

Das Ambiente und die Schifffahrt waren wunderschön. Das Personal vor Ort freundlich und sehr flink. Das gebuchte Essen war mega. Leider (und so ging es einigen Gästen) war der Anfang irritierend. Laut Email müsste man die Tickets am Stand abholen. Ticketschalter war aber geschlossen. Deshalb "nur" 4 von 5 Sternen

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Preise für Getränke vernünftig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Lediglich der Donaukanal war nicht so schön wie erhofft. Sehr viele Graffiti und abends konnte man dann während des Essens nicht so weit sehen.
