The cruise was fantastic. We were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary and they really made it special. Our server, Lauren, was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a lovely "Happy Anniversary " dessert, the manager asked for our favorite song, the guitarist on the upper deck was outstanding and the fireworks truly topped offfed a wonderful evening.

I was unable to leave a 1 star this was the worst experience I've ever encountered for $300 this place is a gimmick and please do not do business with this company I have started legal action because we work way to hard for our money for them to steal it ruined my 5th year wedding anniversary

Amazing ambiance and setting, food was delicious, servers were very attentive, and the DJ was spectacular great music and dedication songs took pictures for guest just an amazing experience from start to finish!!!

Cruises depart either from River Esplanade (455 N Cityfront Plaza Drive) or Navy Pier (600 East Grand Avenue), with your assigned location provided in your booking details.

Operations run on Wednesday and Saturday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with exact times and durations varying by package and date.

Dinner cruise schedules vary: Signature (Wed 7–9:30pm, Sat 8–11pm), Premier (Wed 7–9:30pm, Sat 8–11pm), and Premier Plus (Wed 7–9:30pm, Sat 7:30–10:30pm), with boarding windows from 30 minutes up to 1 hour before departure.

The Navy Pier fireworks show is weather-dependent and subject to cancellation or changes.

Advance notice is recommended for dietary restrictions so accommodations can be arranged where possible.

Infants under 2 years old may join the cruise free of charge.

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price but are available for purchase onboard.
