Everything, thats was the best highlight of the whole trip with picture perfect sunset and the whole skyline was really lit and amazing. I would do this everytime i am in Chicago a 100% 😊 Just one feedback: Please update the address pin you have , it took us to the otherside and we could have missed the cruise. The pin takes you to the chcling boat location not the actual first lady spot.

The tone of voice of the guide was very pleasant, he was knowledgeable and very courteous. Also, all the personnel seemed attentive, courteous and helpful. At sight I contacted 3 others at different points about my cruise.

Very nice relaxing cruise experience on the lake and river. Shoutout to Cole for the amazing tour. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city and it's history and was very charismatic.

The best thing about the cruise was how much information the staff knew. He was so thorough. The cruise at night was amazing and the drinks were great. Would definitely do it again cause I think I would learn even more.

The guide was amazing! He was very funny while being so informative and never crass. The sunset tour was beautiful and I thought it was very smart to offer sweatshirts in the lovely cabin. The bar staff was slammed but still so nice! Would definitely recommend to Chicago natives and out of towners!

We enjoyed the river cruise and enjoyed learning about the buildings around the river. The lake was nice too, but sitting on the ship while we waited to go out to the lake and then come back in was not fun. There was thunder and lightning to the north of us, and it was a bit scary to be stuck out on the lake waiting for the transition from the lake to the river.

They commentary about the architecture was very informative as well as entertaining.

What to bring

Bring a valid ID as proof of age if you want to purchase alcoholic beverages from the onboard bar.

Carry a light jacket along for comfort.

What's not allowed

Oversized bags and luggage are not allowed at the dock or onboard, and there is no luggage storage available.

Guests may not bring outside alcoholic drinks onto the vessel.

Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted, except for ADA-defined service dogs and dogs on designated Canine Cruises.

Accessibility

Select vessels, including the Classic Lady, Leading Lady, and Emerald Lady, feature wheelchair-accessible restrooms.

Since the Riverwalk does not include elevators, ADA access is available through the ramp at State Street and Wacker Drive within Vietnam Memorial Park.

Guests with limited mobility may request staff assistance and early boarding services.

Changing tables are available only on the Classic Lady, Leading Lady, and Emerald Lady vessels.

Additional information

Check-in begins at least 30 minutes before departure, with priority boarding opening 20 minutes prior and general boarding beginning 15 minutes before sailing.

All seating is first-come, first-served, and every guest is guaranteed access to outdoor seating areas.

Cruises run in all weather conditions, with enclosed lower decks providing climate-controlled comfort if needed.

Children younger than 4 cruise free with a ticket, and strollers must be folded and stored during the journey.

Onboard restrooms close 15 minutes before the end of the tour for safety reasons.

Guests can access discounted parking at 111 E. Wacker Dr. when validated by the ticket office or the boat bartender.

Tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The cruise lasts around 90 minutes and travels through the Chicago Harbor Lock while showcasing major city landmarks and skyline views.

Printed tickets are unnecessary, as mobile tickets are accepted for boarding.

Food and beverages are sold onboard, but they are not included in the ticket price.
