Loved every minute and visited 6 times but the daily problem was there was no specific entry point for annual pass holders. This meant either joining the group Q or main Q or asking any member of staff in the vicinity . Some were very helpful but telling us to go in any door meant meant clearly going to the head of any Q which is rather uncomfortable to do when you have to go in front of people who naturally have been wiring some time,. If there was a clear point of entry for pass holders this would alleviate the problem. I intend to return in the near future so would be pleased to hear from you what my improvements you have made. I look forward to hearing from you.

Easy and fast online purchase when the lines at the ticket office were really long. You pick up the tickets at a guest center close to the main square in Siena. Tickets worked everywhere as expected. Audioguide was one of the best in our 14 day Italy trip. Clear, factual, well laid out. The Complex is remarkable and shouldn't be missed. Don't skip the library inside the cathedral. Allow time for a line from the top floor of the museum to the bell tower. The views are worth it.

Der Dom, das Museo Dell Opera del Duomo ne die Basilika sind beeindruckend und unbedingt sehenswert. Die as mich aber gestört hat: dass die Eintrittskarten je € 23 zzgl 20 Prozent Bearbeitungsgebühr gekostet haben- der aufgedruckte Preis lag bei € 18 ohne Gebühr. Daher kann ich Headout nicht empfehlen

We were so fortunate to see the Cathedral floor uncovered. The church is beautiful but the floor drawings were incredible. The whole complex is interesting and worthwhile to visit.

Es war mein Lebenstraum seit der 11. Klasse, einmal im Dom von Siena zu stehen: Das Stendhal-Syndrom hat mich voll erwischt! Die Fussbodenbilder sind so ausdrucksstark. Auch die wieder entdeckten Fresken in der Krypta: Man konnte schon im 13. Jh. optimistische Kreuzigungsszenen malen! Für mich schöner als der Petersdom und viel ruhiger! 1 Stern Abzug, weil die Online-Buchung megakompliziert war. Man erhält eine Bestätigungsmail, diese reicht aber nicht aus. Um das eigentliche Ticket herunterzuladen, braucht man eine App, diese liess sich aber nicht installieren. Musste erst via Helpcenter einen Link anfordern. Dann muss das Ticket im Visitors Center noch in ein richtiges analoges Ticket umgetauscht werden. Mein Tipp: Einfach analog ins Visitors Center an der Piazza gehen (nicht ins Ticket Office mit der langen Schlange). Dort wird man ganz unkompliziert mehrsprachig beraten. Leider werde ich seit dem Online-Kauf mit Werbung zugespamt.

We were given a ticket at cathedral ticket office that was only good for the cathedral and we did not realize it until we tried to enter the baptistry. We were told there to go back to the ticket office. We did go back and after 10 minutes of discussion, they gave us tickets to baptistry and the crypt. Not really sure why there was a mixup to start with.
