What to expect
Learn about the history, discipline, and spirit of kendo before getting started with your practical training. Experienced instructors with 25 years of experience provide guidance throughout the session, making it approachable even for beginners.
Begin with fundamental kendo movements and techniques, building your posture, footwork, and handling of the bamboo sword before progressing to striking practice.
