Alberto was wonderful! Incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic, passionate about the work and its history. 1000% recommend this man. He made this experience that much more enjoyable. Headout made the purchase, meet up and touring experience extremely easy and straight forward. This was my first time using Headout and my first ever guided tour (I love museums and taking my time with reading and embracing the art and don't like feeling rushed but thought this would be worth it) absolutely worth it. Our guide was amazing! He was a wealth of knowledge about all things Sagrada Família Basílica. From start to finish, he provided information along every step of the way, and he was so kind and friendly, answering all questions without hesitation. And the Basílica - AMAZING!! What an experience!! One of the most beautiful buildings I have ever had the pleasure seeing. We will recommend Headout and IBE to our friends and family - 10/10.

Our Sagrada Família tour with City Wonders was a great experience, thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Montse! The place was extremely crowded and hectic, but she still managed to make the best of the situation and turn it into an enjoyable experience. She shared lots of fascinating little stories and details that you wouldn’t find in a regular guidebook, which made the visit much more personal and interesting. Highly recommended!

Guida molto preparata che ha reso interessanti le spiegazioni sia degli esterni che degli interni. La Sagrada è sempre molto emozionante. Il tour era in inglese perché in italiano non era disponibile per le mie date, ma la guida si è fatta capire benissimo lo stesso. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti.perché fare la visita con una persona che spiega è molto più interessante che ascoltare una anonima audioguida.

Went to the 5.30pm small group tour with Olga E. She was very knowledgable and pointed out many things that the casual observer would have missed. Very enjoyable tour. At that time in mid October sunlight was pouring in through the western stained glass windows making for a unique experience. Best to book well in advance. We got the last 2 tickets and the next available would have been 2 weeks later.

Easy to find meeting place and guide, short walk to the Sagrada Família, clear instructions, very friendly and informative guide (Gonzalo), kept us all together and told us all we needed to know about the attraction and Gaudi's vision. Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well worth the money as a 'once in a lifetime' experience!

Stepping inside felt like walking into a magical light cathedral. The towering tree-like columns, kaleidoscopic stained-glass windows, and flowing natural light create a dreamlike atmosphere no outdoor photo can capture. Hele mooie basiliek! Echt de moeite waard om ze te bezoeken. We hebben ook een hele goede gids gehad die ons op een leuke manier veel details toonde zowel voor de Franse bezoekers als de Belgen. Zeker een aanrader! Na de rondleiding konden we nog rustig genieten van de Kerk en foto's nemen.

The Sagrada Familia is beautiful. The guide was knowledgeable. He knew a lot about the religious information. My only concern was that we paid $517 Cdn to be on a small group tour and their were over 20 people in our group. The crowds were so big, it was hard to stay together.

Hats and caps are not allowed inside except for religious, spiritual, or medical reasons.

Photographic, sound, and/or video recording equipment is not allowed unless authorized in advance and in writing by the Press Department.

Large bags, rucksacks, luggage, and personal effects will be subject to review at the access control.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with limited mobility.

Additional information

You can only enter the basilica at your booked time or up to 15 minutes afterward; the basilica does not accommodate late arrivals. Be sure to get there early, just to be safe.

Fast-track entry skips the ticket line, not security. All visitors must pass a mandatory security check, so brief waits may still occur—especially during peak hours. For a smoother experience, aim for early mornings or weekday visits.

Access to the towers is not permitted for children under 6 years old, unaccompanied minors under 18, people with reduced mobility, visual impairments, vertigo, or cardiovascular problems.

In case of adverse weather conditions, access to the towers may be closed without prior notice.

To descend from the towers, you must use the stairs; elevator access is only available for the ascent.
