Good tour though the palace area, we didn't get to see the apartments because of a state visit. (no fault of the tour company). I liked the Treasury to see the crowns/swords etc. took the canal tour and I liked the historical information provided there as well.

I thought the guide would be more knowledgeable and know better English. The canal cruise was OK but the recording was not very specific as to where we were and it was hard to follow.

The guided tour of the palace was excellent and the guide was interesting, informative and knowledgeable. The problem was with the canal cruise. The app had no information about where to go or how to get on the boat so consequently i missed out. A partial refund would be justified.
