The tour was great. We had previously been to the Paris catacombs so thought we had an idea of what we were going to see. It was so different and amazing at how old and vast the catacombs were. The kids also found it fascinating. We would have liked to spend a little more time underground but we were really happy with the tour. We learnt a lot!

Leider gab es keine Tickets mehr, sodass ich auf diese Variante zurückgreifen musste. Es funktionierte alles, auch freundlich, einfach zum doppelten Preis. Der Audi-Guide war mässig.

Es war eine sehr kompetente und auch sympathische Reiseleiterin. Alles ins allem eine interessante Erfahrung, trotzdem bisschen kurz und irgendwie "gehetzt" für den Preis.

De achtergrond van de catacomben en het ontstaan. Het is goed om te beseffen dat onze gezondheidszorg zo goed is. Al de kleine nissen zet je wel aan het denken.

Luis fue un guía excepcional. Explicó todo con muchísimo detalle, de una manera clara, amena y muy interesante. Se notaba que tenía un gran conocimiento sobre las Catacumbas de San Calixto y, sobre todo, que disfrutaba compartiéndolo con el grupo. Su motivación, entusiasmo y forma de contar la historia hicieron que la visita fuera muchísimo más entretenida y especial. Fue cercano, simpático y muy atento. Sin duda, uno de los mejores guías que hemos tenido y una parte fundamental para que disfrutáramos tanto de la visita. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Muy interesante la explicación que se nos dió de las causas y motivos por lo cual inició este cementerio por los primeros cristianos, rompiendo mitos que se tenían de las primeras comunidades cristianas para celebracionla Eucaristíca, pero si dejan ver el bautismo de niños, la imagen del buen pastor, la celebración o reuniones familiares de aquellos tiempos.

The tour guide was great and knew her stuff and the tour was very interesting. As it was a burial site you couldn't take photos, which was a shame.
