Honestly I picked a good time when it was not too crowded and the organisers were extremely helpful too. I was a little scared hearing everyone's stories but skip the line tickets are the best lol and everything was convenient.

Makkelijke toegang eenmaal je de tickets hebt. Maar zorg dat je zeker de pdf tickets ontvangt. Na 2u met de klantendienst te hebben gestuurd toch ontvangen. Met de qr code die ze op de app toonde, kon je de Roma pass niet activeren.

Es ist sehr angenehm, alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel einfach nutzen zu können. Und Warteschlangen sind auch kein Problem. Selbst als die Elektronik in einem Museum ausgefallen ist, konnten wir hinein. Alle Anderen mussten wieder gehen. Der Pass war für uns insgesamt eine tolle Lösung.

Es war extrem schwierig, das Ticket zu erhalten, weil es offenbar falsche Ansagen zum Ort der einlösung gab. Fußweg 40 Minuten, verpasster Timeslot im Colosseum, echt misslich. Warum kann man das Ticket nicht online erhalten? Dann mehrfach petsönliche Kontakte in 2 Büros, superfreundlich, super hilfreich. Ich würde dieses Ticket nie wieder buchen, zu unklar, was damit geht, zu teuer, zu analog.
