Entry to Boyana Church is strictly regulated, with a maximum of 8 visitors allowed per 10-minute slot. Be sure to book well in advance to secure your spot.

Boyana Church offers free admission on the last Monday of each month, but entrance is not guaranteed due to high demand, so consider alternative dates if you want to avoid potential overcrowding.

The Boyana Church is closed on January 1st, Orthodox Easter Sunday, December 24th & 25th: the tour will only visit Rila Monastery.

The Rila Monastery is a spiritual site, so visitors should dress modestly, covering their shoulders and knees.

Guided tours can be customized based on your language preference, so be sure to specify your preferred language when booking.

If traveling with a child, a separate seat (ticket) must be booked and booster seats must be arranged in advance, if required by law.
