The tour was f8ne but the driver was keen to take us to extra places which all had an extra cost and we felt this was his motivation, presumably to earn extra cash. The monkey forest was interesing, the waterfall is a long way down a steep hill which we didn't realise was so far so we just looked down at it which was a shames. Thevadd on coffee tasting was pleasant, the add on swing was not worth the expense, you can do the same things at tge rice terrace!

We were a group of 7 with two separate bookings, and the team was incredibly kind to merge our reservations so we could share the entire experience together. A huge shoutout to one of our drivers, Ronald—he is a truly wonderful person with a big heart and amazing energy. For the jeep ride, Wilhelma was our driver and guide; he was so sweet and shared a lot of interesting facts with us along the way. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we didn't get a clear view of the sunrise. However, the rest of the tour more than made up for it! We were completely blown away by the immense expanse of the Black Lava. Riding the ATV quads through the volcanic landscape was an absolute blast and we had so much fun. We also really enjoyed the visit to the coffee plantation. It was super interesting to learn about the coffee-making process, see a Luwak, and enjoy a delicious tasting of various local coffees and teas. Throughout the whole trip, every single person we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!
