È stata una bellissima esperienza, facile individuare le guide di Headout grazie alle informazioni ricevute durante l'acquisto dei biglietti online. Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato i biglietti per le varie entrate agli edifici del castello ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare tutto in autonomia (come previsto dalla nostra scelta, altrimenti c'era la possibilitàdi acquistar4 la visita guidata). Seconda volta con Headout, si conferma un ottimo servizio.

Just amazing! You can easily spend the whole day here. We bought our tickets online, and found the people with the blue umbrellas for our tickets, and then went on our way. Plan on at least half a day to see everything. There are several places for snacks and meals. It's crowded, which probably can't be avoided, but no matter. It's definitely a 'must do' experience.

Un esperienza fantastica! I ragazzi sono al punto di raccolta pronti a spiegarti passo dopo passo come fare per scaricare le audio guide e lasciarti i biglietti e la mappa del Castello. Veramente gentili e disponibili. Un audio guida veramente ottima senza appesantire troppo il giro.

Puntualissimi gli addetti alla consegna dei ticket e gentilissimi. Ci hanno aiutato con il download della app con guida in italiano e tutto è andato benissimo. No file all'ingresso perché si entra nel cortile del castello e subito si nota l'obelisco. Bravi.

Great place to visit. Interesting history and well signposted with info in Czech and English. Blue and white brolly was easy to spot. Very helpful although I could have done with an idiots guide to using the audio guide as we ended up not using it.

Enjoyed the visit, St Vitus Cathedral very busy with huge tour groups but Lucie, who sorted out our tickets, was exceptional. The audio guide is extremely good and all that you need. I was really disappointed not to be able to see the Royal Palace, which was one of my main reasons for booking and we didn't know that it wasn't open. We could've revisited the following day but were flying home. The Golden Lane is really interesting and beautifully curated. The cafe in the garden at the front of the castle as you enter is lovely and like the gift shop, extremely good value for money which you wouldn't expect. Cheapest gift shop, honestly! Great views as you climb the 217 steps!

Leider wurde uns im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt, dass der alte Palast aufgrund der Feierlichkeiten zum Tschechischen Nationalfeiertag geschlossen ist und wir die Tickets nicht vollumfämglich einsetzen können. Die Prager Burg ist immer ein Erlebnis - allein wegen ihrer Größe. Aber im Vergleich zur Marienburg in Polen fand ich sie eher enttäuschend.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (as per option selected, from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.
