What to bring

• Bring a valid passport or ID card for each traveler, as this is required for passenger insurance.

• Wear warm clothing, including gloves and warm shoes, as you will spend time outdoors and at higher altitudes.

• After booking, you must provide the full name and passport number of each traveler for passenger insurance purposes.

• Hotel pick-up is available between 7:45am and 9:00am, depending on your hotel’s location; your exact pick-up time will be shared with you between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on the day before the tour.

• Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the confirmed pick-up time. If the vehicle cannot access your hotel due to traffic restrictions, narrow streets, or location limitations, you will be provided with the nearest and most convenient meeting point.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
