Ho amato la comodità della prenotazione: l'app è super intuitiva e la procedura di accesso alla reception è stata rapidissima. La lounge è la soluzione perfetta per chi ha un lungo scalo. Ho usufruito di un ricco buffet con piatti freddi e caldi per tutti i gusti, tantissima frutta fresca e dolci squisiti. Ottima anche la selezione di bevande: dagli analcolici ai vini, fino alle birre, sia al buffet che al bar. Ambiente curato, bagni pulitissimi, spazi relax e postazioni di lavoro ben organizzate: le ore di attesa prima del volo sono volate! D'ora in poi usufruirò di questo servizio ad ogni viaggio, cambia completamente l'esperienza in aeroporto. Consigliatissimo!

I have been traveling to the Eternal City since I was nineteen years old, and to this day, every time I visit, I feel like I am coming home. However, during a recent trip less than a month ago, things did not go entirely according to plan, as my flight was delayed by four hours. Rather than letting the wait dampen my spirits, I decided for the very first time to visit the Primeclass Lounge. That decision turned out to be a blessing in disguise. A Warm Welcome and Genuine Hospitality Right from the entrance, I was greeted by an exceptional gentleman whose elegance, professionalism, and genuine smile instantly set a welcoming tone for my stay. Not only did he assist me with utmost patience, but he also went out of his way to help me connect to the internet, ensuring my transition into the lounge was completely seamless. An Oasis of Calm Before Departure Once inside, I stepped into a pristine, comfortable, and beautifully maintained environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and a wonderful meal, relaxing in total peace until it was time to board my flight back home. A Heartfelt Thank You I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Primeclass Lounge for their exemplary hospitality. Ultimately, what truly sets a place apart is not just its facilities, but its people—and the team here stands out for their warmth, readiness to help, and welcoming smiles. Lovely little lounge for those long layovers. 100% worth the cost, especially with a few complimentary drinks thrown in. The hot food could be a tad better quality, it was very reminiscent of a hotels complimentary breakfast, but it is infinitely better than other airport food in that you can eat all you want.

Train was on time but wrong platform. Train full of graffiti and dirty. Seats uncomfortable but service all in all was efficient.

Visited on a busy Sunday and still managed to find a decent seat. Food was being replenished regularly which I appreciated. Would visit again.

Staff proactively came around to check if guests needed anything. That kind of service is rare in airports. Made the whole experience feel special.
