Excellent experience at Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA Terminal 1! Very clean, spacious and relaxing before my long flight. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Food selection was great with hot meals, snacks and unlimited drinks. Fast WiFi and comfortable seats. Perfect place to rest during layover. Highly recommended for transit passeners.

Every service offered was top rate. All staff were welcoming and most helpful. Showers were well prepared and practical. Meals fresh at all times, with great options. Very relaxing lounge.

I have stopped here and used the lounge on two occasions over the last year or so. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and it starts with a warm welcome. Could do with a larger selection of foods but what was offered was of good quality. The shower was as good as the best for its size clean and fresh.

The experience was very good, I used the showers and experience the lounge for 6h. I would have liked proper lockers to leave my luggage and not having to carry it with me constantly. Food was very good and very kind staff in all the lounge.

Spent 6 hours at Plaza Premium Lounge klia1 and it was fantastic. Great food, clean showers, comfy seating, and strong WiFi. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Made my long layover feel like a vacation. Highly recommended!
