We had a wonderful experience visiting Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The timed-entry tickets made the visit smooth and stress-free, with minimal waiting time. Pitti Palace is stunning, filled with beautiful art, grand rooms, and fascinating history. The Boboli Gardens were equally impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and offering breathtaking views of Florence. Walking through the gardens felt like stepping into a living masterpiece. Everything was well organized, and the visit was definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

Muy fácil de ingresar con la entrada electrónica. Las explicaciones de la audio guía muy completas y entendibles. Es muy grande el palacio y a veces se confunde por donde hay que seguir según la explicación. No pude entrar a los aposentos reales porque, aunque gratis, había que retirar otro ticket y eso no se había aclarado con anterioridad. Por lo demás, todo fue perfecto. Muy recomendable!

Hat alles prima geklappt. Ich war zuerst irritiert, da die Tickets nur als PDF angehängt waren, aber dies liegt halt an der Stadt Florenz, die die Tickets verwaltet das auslesen des QR-Codeswar aber trotzdem problemlos. Der Audio Guide war sehr ausführlich und unterhaltsam. Anders als beim Palazzo Pitti.

Fuimos temprano, pocos turistas, se pudo apreciar con tranquilidad todos los cuadros y las bellas salas del Palacio, a los jardines no logramos ingresar porque los ingresos estaban en mantenimiento.

We did enjoy Pitti palace , the history , the art, architecture and most of all the the gardens and the view in spite of the restorative construction work going on while visiting.

What to bring

What’s not allowed

Large backpacks, suitcases, and other oversized items cannot be brought inside the museums or galleries.

Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals.

Eating and drinking inside exhibition areas is prohibited.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed in the galleries.

Palazzo Pitti is typically open Tuesday through Sunday, from 9am to 5pm.

Children aged 0–17 can enter for free but still require a booked ticket. EU citizens aged 18–25 qualify for reduced tickets.
