Easy to purchase tickets, catacombs experience was exceptional. The paid cruise however was a nighmare. We had to get the Metro to the wharf, but when we got to where the cruise started the queue went for miles ! We decided to sit and wait rather than to queue in the heat, but the queue kept getting longer and longer until it extended over the bridge. After waiting for in excess of an hour and a half, we decided to forego our paid for cruise. What a disappointment 😞 My recommendation would be to do the catacombs experience and further the cruise, you'd be better off doing the hop on hop off Batobus.

Such an outstanding experience. Easy entry, tour was full of great knowledge and history of the catacombs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

The headphones at the Cstscombs were a joke. Worked half the time and very choppy. Art the end I advised the staff. So did other guests leaving at the same time. The staff just said I'm sorry. Poor excuse of service we paid dirt

This tour was awesome (and much appreciated during this crazy historic heat wave). We stayed cool and enjoyed the location based prompted tour. Our kids really enjoyed it and the headphones were perfect for all of us. I wouldn't hestiate to do the audio tour because it's so good. The only thing that was a little annoying was the ticket redemption. Thankfully the workers at the Catacombs knew exactly how to find the right tickets from Headout. Also, the boat tour was a great and super easy addition. The tour was great and we would have enjoyed the boat much more if it weren't so hot on the roof (there's no shade, but there is an interior seating area that may be cooler). If you see people selling bottles of water out of coolers before you get on the boat, buy some, you'll thank your future self!

What a wonderful experience. Very straightforward entry with the tickets. The audio guide was great. Nice cool temperature tour during the heat wave. Highly recommended.

The Catacombs were incredible, an absolute must see. The boat tour was interesting enough! Our boat wasn't too crowded and the information was interesting, the automatic settings didn't quite work so we had to figure out when to press next ourselves most of the time but it was perfectly fine overall :) We went for an earlier slot- around 12 for the river cruise, and then much later for the catacombs at 5!
