Gold-coast Parasailing is the largest Parasailing operator in Australia! Soar up to 400ft high above the Gold-coast Broad-water and sea-way. Glide past our local islands, and beautiful city skyline and spot local sea-life along the way. You will receive a short safety briefing prior to departure, and on the boat with your instructor before being harnessed up in the latest safety equipment and winched up high above our custom-built Parasailing boat for 8 minutes of flight time.
Our crew will take 10-15 pictures of you during your experience so you can fully immerse yourself on your adventure! These can be purchased at the end of the experience. You will be given the opportunity on board to rent one of our action cameras, payable after the experience.
Tandem flight requirements: Maximum Combined Weight: 200 kilograms Minimum Combined Weight: 70 kilograms
Minimum age flight requirements: 7 years old and/or 25kg
(everyone will be weighed on scales prior to departure)
You will be required to pay a $2.50 per person fuel surcharge upon arrival, this is not included in your booking. There are no hidden fees, this amount simply helps offset the recent increase in diesel prices.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your session time for your safety brief induction video so the boat can depart on time. If you have not arrived by 15 minutes prior to departure the session has been missed. Missed sessions will result in no refunds, you will be sent confirmations after you complete your booking.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Your parasailing activity may be cancelled or rescheduled due to minimum operating numbers or bad weather conditions that could affect your safety.
If you are booking on any public holiday your booking will incur a $10.00 per person surcharge, payable at check-in.
What to bring
Bring a valid photo ID and the credit or debit card used for payment, as these may be required for verification at check-in.
What's not allowed
Large bags, suitcases, and food are not allowed due to limited storage at the location.
Accessibility
There are no bathroom facilities on site, so you should use restroom facilities before arriving.
Additional information
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session for a mandatory safety induction; late arrivals of less than 15 minutes before departure will forfeit the session with no refund.
The minimum combined weight for tandem parasailing is 70kg, and the maximum combined weight is 200kg; the minimum age is 7 years and/or 25kg.
The maximum weight difference between tandem partners is 80kg; if the difference exceeds this, a solo flight will be required at an extra cost.
No refunds or cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of the activity, and changes within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
The activity may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions or if minimum participant numbers are not met.
