The customer service was amazingly memorable! There was a mix up with our combined tickets for the museum & staff went above and beyond to fix the issue. It ended up being a once in a lifetime experience for my daughter on her birthday

The museum was great and so was the Umeda sky building. The online instruction didn't specify where (which building) to get the tickets. I didn't get the QR code after I ordered the tickets. Only got the PDF file without the QR code. Please add clear instructions on how to get the tickets once you ordered the tickets.

Hello. We couldn't go to the Koji Art Museum because the stall told us it was closed that day and we couldn't go another day because we had to go to Tokyo. It was really frustrating because the Museum tickets were bought for my kids enjoying. The the sky view building eas nice.
