Meeting location was not specific enough. Guide did not find us until minutes after the tour was to start. Museum entrance is a very big area and sign she was holding was a small plastic card not visible from afar. Guide was quick to blame us for not finding her. Guide was very informative but very scripted and did not deviate from her itinerary at all.

I have had some bad experiences with another your company this trip, but not this one. Great guide, extremely organized and knowledgeable tour of the most beautiful museum. Such an enjoyable experience especially compared to going to the Louvre which is crowded and just not a pleasant experience having to fight the crowds. This tour was perfect.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum. Cloakrooms are available at the entrance, but bringing luggage may delay group entry.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum galleries.
