What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at pickup.

• Dress in warm layers suitable for Arctic winter conditions; winter overalls and boots will be provided.

• Carry a charged camera or smartphone if you wish to capture the Northern Lights or the experience.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are not permitted on this experience.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour.

• Large luggage and suitcases are not allowed on the sleigh ride.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• Additional information

• Northern Lights sightings cannot be guaranteed as they depend on weather and solar activity.

• At least 2 people are required for the tour to operate on weekdays and Saturdays; at least 4 people are required on Sundays and public holidays.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult paying full price.

• Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

• Departure time may vary depending on the season and availability; check your confirmation email for exact details.

• Guests should be comfortable sitting outdoors in cold weather for up to 20 minutes at a time during the sleigh ride.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting/pick-up point.

• Please arrive at the meeting/pick-up point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

• You can either opt for hotel transfers or choose to reach the meeting point on your own.

Hotel transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs for guests staying up to 8km from city center.

• In the next step of booking, please select the name and address of your hotel.

• On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.
