What to bring

• Smart casual attire is recommended to match the glamorous setting of the event.

What's not allowed

• Children aged 4 years and under are not permitted to attend.

• Jackets, large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas cannot be taken inside and must be left at the cloakroom.

• Doors open at 6:30pm, dinner is served at 7pm, and the show begins at 7:30pm.

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins.

• Vegan, gluten-free, and other special dietary requirements must be specified during ticket purchase. Requests that are not communicated in advance cannot be accommodated.

• A children’s menu is available upon request and must also be specified during ticket purchase.

• Stage Loge seating is elevated and located to the side of the stage, so views may be slightly restricted.

• Two large parking garages are available near the venue.

• MIRAGE is well connected by public transport. Messe-Prater (U2) is a few minutes’ walk away, while Praterstern (U1 and S-Bahn) is approximately 800m from the venue.
