The tour was well organized! The bus captain, Bernard, communicated very well so we all knew exactly what we needed to do and where and when we needed to be. We had lots of time for the activities and free time for ourselves. Well done!

The tour was fantastic and offered excellent value. We had the opportunity to experience Niagara Falls from every perspective, making it a truly memorable experience. Our tour guide, Jeremiah, was exceptionally organized. This was probably the best-organized tour I have ever been on. Any situation that might have been challenging on another tour was handled smoothly and professionally, allowing everything to run seamlessly. The only drawback was the heavy traffic both on the way to Niagara Falls and on the return trip, which significantly increased the overall tour duration. However, this was completely outside the provider's control and certainly not their fault. Other than that, the experience was perfect. My entire group was extremely satisfied, and we would highly recommend this tour to others.

Our guide Bernad made everything very easy, from collection to drop off, he sorted out tickets, told us how everything worked and pick ups etc. Only downside to the tourbus was the AC was poor and it was a rather hot drive back to Toronto. As for Niagara, the day was fantastic, a real must see for anyone, getting down to the falls and then taking the boat, you really get to experience the power of the falls up close. The town of Niagara is cool to walk around too, good food spots and plenty to take in.

Fantastic day trip to Niagara Falls from Toronto - very comfortable coach there and back with loads of legroom, very informative and friendly guide (Bernad) and a proper bucket list experience seeing the Falls for the first time, as well as experiencing the included Journey Behind The Falls and Hornblower boat trip into the Falls. Just be prepared to get very wet, even with the provided poncho. I would also recommend going up Skylon Tower for the views.

Trip to Niagara Falls was very nice and everything went very well. Our guide was professional and the driver did good job too. They were friendly too. We really enjoyed the day. The schedule was a little bit too busy for us because we had all the activities but everything worked out well. Thank you for the good experience!

Very nice experience! Very organized and highly recommended. We did the journey behind the falls, the tower and the boat ride - so at the beginning it was a little packed, but then you could decide what to do first and there was enough time for everything! Big Thank you to BG-Tours Niagara for a beautiful time! <3
