Our tour guide for today's tour - 26th October to Neuschwanstein & Liderhoff castle was really great experience with the tour guide Deepak Rodriguez & Dragan who was driving the coach, it was quite entertaining & lot of insightful journey. The coach was very comfortable & my first experience with Autobahn was really good. We recommend tours from Autobahn, they don't disappoint you.

Avevamo l'entrata alle ore 9.00 ma causa molti turisti siamo arrivati oltre l'orario. La signora delle informazioni ci ha spostato nel tour delle 9.40 e abbiamo visitato il castello senza problemi. Meravigliosa giornata di sole ha permesso foto molto belle. Maria's brucke impraticabile da troppa gente

Adorei tudo! A guia sempre disponível e muito simpática. O passeio está muito bem organizado com tempo para tirar fotografias e apreciar a belez dos castelos e ainda comprar alguns souveniers. Tem audioguia em português. Não tenho nada a criticar, correu tudo muito bem mesmo. Parabéns a toda a equipa.

The history of the castle is truly marvelous, with so many rich details you wouldn't expect. Little is known about it beforehand, making the experience an even more wonderful surprise. Reaching the mountain peak, with a picturesque view of the charming town below, you stand in awe of the castle that brought us Disney magic. As you step inside, you discover the purpose behind its creation and unravel the mind of an egotistical, yet undeniably brilliant man

La experiencia estuvo muy bien por la region sur de munich, una agradable experiencia entre palacio, castillo y paisajes de otra categoria. hay dos cosas que deberian mejorar, una es que nuestro guia si bien hababa ingles... era un ingles del sudeste asiatico, bastante complicado de comprender realmente, y a pesar de la dificultad que conlleva hablar frente a tanta gente era muy evidente que todo se estaba leyendo, sumado a un ingles de baja pronunciacion resulta complicado. ojo es de notar que dentro del palacio y del castillo los guias son otros y su ingles es de categoria. si no entendi mal quien quisiera puede dejar los auriculares en el bus, y ellos los podrian reutilizar para nuevos grupos, yo me lo lleve pero de ser asi me resulta antihigienico la verdad.

Despite the initial problems with traffic incidents resulting in us all walking up to the castle, evenrything went great. Maybe that the bridge visit was a less fun experience in the afternoon compared to the planned visit in the morning. Not as planned or as advertised - but more to my liking since the weather was great!

You are not allowed to drive up to the castle in a personal car.

Accessibility

Neuschwanstein Castle offers an elevator for wheelchair access. To ensure availability, we recommend you reserve it in advance.

The hiking trail to the castle is paved and partly very steep. It's best to use the horse carriage transport where any regular-sized, foldable wheelchair can be stowed in the trunk of the carriage. Please note that the carriages do not have a ramp.
