Headout was terrible. I only learned that the children entered for free after I had payed for my son's ticket and then of course it was non refundable. I will never use Headout again!

An absolutely unforgettable experience! Booking the Dubai Frame (8:00–9:00 AM) followed by the Museum of the Future (11:00 AM) was the perfect plan. Everything flowed smoothly, with enough time to comfortably explore both attractions and even enjoy Dubai Mall afterward. It made for a stress-free, well-organized, and truly magical day with my wife. Headout made the entire experience seamless—highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The booking process was super smooth, and we had the most gratifying, sensory laden experience at The Museum of the Future! It was packed in with some of the most amazing exhibits that covered so many aspects of life as we know and also encompassing the future that we can aspire to have. Loved the healing zone and also the laboratory! Fantastic innovations, curated with the right set of curiosity inducing elements and sensory tools!

We visited the Museum of the Future as a group of three and really enjoyed the experience. We especially liked how each floor was organized around a different theme, which made exploring the museum interesting and easy to follow. Our favorite part was the first chapter, especially the deck with the beautiful view. It was such a unique experience and definitely one of the highlights of our time in Dubai. Would recommend visiting!

Booking with Headout was simple and straightforward with e tickets being issued quickly to the app. We had no problems at the check in desk at the Museum . The museum was spectacular with interactive stations . The architecture was breathtaking with great photo opportunities outside . It is a must to visit this magnificent building for both adults and children .

Step through five themed floors exploring the future of space, health, and technology inside a 77-meter-tall architectural landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Board the OSS Hope space station set in 2071, walk through Al Waha's immersive rainforest environment, and test hands-on exhibits at Futures Lab.

The museum's facade has no windows in the traditional sense, the Arabic calligraphy covering the exterior is carved directly into the steel structure as load-bearing openings.

Inside a building with no straight lines

The Museum of the Future opened on Sheikh Zayed Road in February 2022. Its torus-shaped exterior is wrapped in three bands of Arabic poetry by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, carved as structural openings through the steel facade. The 14-floor structure has no internal pillars. Set aside 2 to 3 hours for a thorough visit across all floors.

Five floors, five visions of the future

Your visit moves through five distinct themed worlds. On the OSS Hope floor, you board a space station orbiting Earth in the year 2071. You play the role of an arriving researcher, moving through modules that include a biodiversity vault, immersive virtual reality chambers, and an observation deck overlooking a simulated Earth below.

Al Waha places you inside a recreated 2071 rainforest environment designed around future wellness and human connection with nature. Tomorrow Today is a dedicated children's wing with interactive learning stations built around future cities, food systems, and technology. At Futures Lab, you interact with real-world prototypes across energy, mobility, and urban design. The Heal Institute explores the future of human health through walk-through simulations on augmentation and longevity. The deepest floor, The Abyss, addresses long-term existential questions through an immersive dark experience focused on climate and survival.

The lobby retail shop stocks exclusive MOTF merchandise and future-focused products — your Pioneer Pass includes AED 50 credit to spend here.

What to bring

It is recommended to dress in a manner that is respectful of the local culture and is appropriate for a public space in the United Arab Emirates.

What's not allowed

While guests are allowed to bring outside food and drinks in the lobby and garden areas and caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes children's floor (Level 1), they must not go beyond the entry barrier. Food and beverages are not allowed in any other exhibitions.

Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are a no-go inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

All restrooms are accessible for people with disabilities.

Wheelchair docks are available in the Lobby, and guests needing wheelchairs on exhibition floors can ask staff for assistance.

Additional information

One child under 12 receives complimentary entry with every paying adult. Book only the adult ticket on Headout. On the day of your visit, collect the child's ticket at the Museum of the Future ticketing desk. Bring a valid photo ID for age verification.

Guests presenting the Pioneer Pass receive AED50 retail credit at the lobby shop, valid only on the pass ticket date. The credit is non-exchangeable for cash and redeemable over multiple transactions.

Due to limited capacity, the exact admission time within the selected timeslot will be specified on the guest's ticket upon booking confirmation.

To avail the credit, guests must present their wristband or Pioneer Pass Ticket at the retail shop during operating hours.
