Arrived at ticket office and they send us to entry line with scan voucher. They lady there told us to go back to ticket office. I explained we started in that line and at first she didn't believe me, I insisted and described the ticket office and she walked us back there and had exchange words in Italian. We finally got tickets to get in. Museum is not really air conditioned, they have individual units, but on very hot summer day it didn't keep cool. Museum was interesting, but not impressive and layout confusing. Unfortunately Headout can't control bad staff training.
