Murano & Burano Islands Boat Tour with Glass Blowing

Our trip to **Murano, Burano and Torcello Islands** was absolutely worth taking! We were a group of five, including my mum and my 8-year-old daughter, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My daughter especially loved the boat ride, and watching the glass-blowing demonstration was both fascinating and informative. It was definitely one of the highlights of our Venice trip. A special thanks to the **Headout team** for making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Venice can be quite confusing, especially when it comes to finding meeting points, but the team guided us clearly at every step and made sure we knew exactly where to go. What impressed us even more was their prompt response to all our queries on WhatsApp. They were always helpful, supportive and quick to respond. A special mention to **Chris** for being particularly helpful throughout. Overall, a wonderful experience, made even better by excellent customer support. Highly recommended for families visiting Venice!

This was a great boat ride!! Murano is were the glass blower factories are so hot to watch one in progress. He made a horse and a vase. Was cool to watch. Temperature was over 1000c. Burano is were the fishermen live. All houses are painted different colors. Walked around and looked at different shops Enjoy this would do it again.

Preso il tour con partenza Stazione Santa Lucia. Arrivati al punto informazioni ci dicono che il tour prenotato in realtà per le 10.30 partiva alle 10.30 da San Marco e non dalla stazione, con facilità ci cambiano il biglietto spostando l'appuntamento per le 11 con "un altra barca". Al punto di incontro ci dicono che avevamo ragione noi e alle 10.30 parte la barca dalla Stazione Santa Lucia! Che caos! Devo dire però che nella scomodità del caos i ragazzi delle barche sono stati super disponibili ad ascoltarci e aiutarci subito e trovare una soluzione veloce. Quindi benissimo. Mi è piaciuto tanto poter aver a bordo la guida che desse qualche info durante la navigazione, molto interessante e super gentile anche lei. La dimostrazione del vetro a Murano interessante e scenografica. Tempo 1 ora a Murano e 1 ora e 30 a Burano (che merita taaaaantiiiissssimo!) tempi giusti per un tour! Attenzione che il rientro Burano / Stazione dei treni Santa Lucia dura un ora buona, 1 ora e 10. Il punto di incontro è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della stazione, molto comodo davvero. Nel complessivo il tuor consigliatiissimo.

Abbiamo deciso di fare il tour all'ultimo momento e siamo finiti con un gruppo inglese/spagnolo. La nostra guida era Beatrice, una ragazza veramente bravissima che ci ha spiegato tutto in modo dettagliato! Poi si è anche preoccupata di chiederci se avessimo capito tutto e in caso ce lo avrebbe rispiegato in italiano (ma fortunatamente capivamo inglese). Se vi dovesse capitare lei come guida allora vi assicuro che è una garanzia! Grazie mille!!

Mi è piaciuto molto la dimostrazione della soffiatura del vetro e devo dire che le spiegazioni della guida in barca sono state molto interessanti ed esaustive

The mix of guide info with demonstrations blended with roam time were perfect. Where to meet could have been clearer. Being a 75 year old and not being very proficient on the internet made the logistics part a little stressful.
