The tour itself was incredible and absolutely worth it. However, the information on the Headout website contradicted what the actual provider told us on the ground, and when I contacted chat support to clarify, the agents had no real knowledge of the tour and only confirmed the wrong information. I nearly traveled to Zurich unnecessarily because of this. Headout needs to coordinate properly with their providers and train their support team to actually know the tours they sell. Great experiences shouldn't be put at risk by avoidable confusion.

Went up Mt. Titlis with my boyfriend and honestly, it felt like walking into a snowglobe but REAL. We lucked out with mostly clear skies, just a bit of mist on the way up but then—bam!—views for days. The cable car ride was smooth (even tho I get a bit freaked out by heights), and the rotating bit at the end was a fun surprise. The cliff walk was a little scary for me, but he loved it. Glacier cave was chilly and kinda sparkly inside, not what I expected. Our guide, Lars, kept cracking little jokes and shared random facts about the mountains (apparently goats outnumber people up here, lol). Only thing: lines for the Skyflyer got long after lunch, so go early if you can. Def bring a jacket, even if it’s warm in Lucerne. Would do it again!

So... the mountain is EPIC, not gonna lie. Went solo cuz my friends bailed last min. Weather was kinda meh—clouds everywhere—but still totally worth it. The cable car gets packed tho, so be ready for some elbows. Loved the bridge (sooo shaky lol), but I wish there were more signs in English, got lost trying to find the ice cave. Staff was super chill and pointed me the right way. If you like snow, this is your spot, even in September.

We took the kids (9 & 12) and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The cable car ride up had them glued to the windows, and the spinning gondola was a hit. I was worried they’d be cold (it’s ice and snow even in summer!) but there’s a cozy cafe at the top where we defrosted with hot chocolate. The Cliff Walk was a bit nerve-wracking for me, but my husband and kids basically raced across. We didn’t make it on the Skyflyer—line was massive by 11am. If you have kids, bring gloves (wish someone told me that). Also, lots of souvenir shops for last minute gifts. Would recommend for families, just start early!
