What's not allowed

• Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the venue.

• Pets are strictly prohibited inside, with the exception of certified service animals carrying valid identification.

• Hazardous items, including glass bottles, firecrackers, and laser pointers, are forbidden on the premises.

• Regular operating hours run daily from 9:30am to 5:30pm (March to November) and 10:00am to 5:00pm during winter (December to February), with last admission 1 hour before closing.

• Extended opening times apply during Golden Week (9:00am to 9:30pm) and select Night Aquarium event dates across summer and autumn (9:30am to 9:00pm).

• Scheduled facility closures occur on the first Monday of February and the following two consecutive days.

• Free admission applies to toddlers aged 0 to 2 years old.

• Standard venue entry queues apply to this ticket, as it does not include priority or skip-the-line access.

• On-site storage space is available at the venue for personal belongings; please ask staff on site regarding applicable rental rates.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID to exchange your physical ticket. Students must show a valid student ID.

• Fukuoka Airport International Terminal 1F HIS counter. (Opening hours 8:30-20:00)

• Please go to the Fukuoka Airport International Line counter with QR code voucher to exchange your physical ticket, and then vsit the aquarium with your physical ticket.

• Show your ticket at Marine World.
