Lovely experience. Must-see place. Natural wonder. Rich history and plenty to learn for both kids n adults. Ample parking. Helpful staff, especially Ocean. Headsets provided for self-operated history lessons. The cave is naturally cooler and the outside world is warmer, especially after climbing a lot of stairs outwards. There is a separate exit for people who don't want to climb those steep stairs. It was a short cardio exercise for an unfit person like me :) There is a short bush walk from the exit of cave back to the reception which crosses the main road, so need to be careful. Plenty of souvenirs available. We will try the other caves next time.

Such a beautiful place! 😍 The cave was amazing, especially the underground and all the rock formations. Our tour guide was really friendly and explained everything well. There are quite a lot of stairs, but definitely worth it once you get inside. Such a cool experience and definitely worth visiting if you're in Margaret River! ❤️

We had a great day exploring both caves. The guided tour was amazing and the guide very knowledgeable. The self guided tour at Mammoth caves was very good as well. How lucky are we to be able to explore these caves as they are now - great experience

We only had time to do one cave and we were so happy we picked Lakes Cave. What a fantastic tour, our guide Ava? was so knowledgeable and engaging and the formations impressive. I would highly recommend

Hi, The cave is magnificent. Audio great. My wife and I. 75 and 73. Found the final 160 steps challenging with 4 brief stops needed to catch our breath. A gentleman we had to overtake was struggling. !!!! His son, 45 ish. Was very concerned. !!!!! I suggest a return to the start before 160 steps be available for very vulnerable customers. If not a STRONG WARNING. On line or before starting.

The light show was amazing. It made me feel like I was in heaven. The 5.3 ton heavy crystel hanging from the roof was something unbelievable if I had not seen with my own eyes.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

There are over 300 steps each way to access the cave.
