Absolutamente sorprendente. Ya hay pocas cosas que sorprendan, pero la ubicación en un marco tan inigualable, el contraste entre el clasicismo de la basílica y la técnica milimetricamente aplicada a la luz y al sonido, y la explosión de color y perfección técnica sobre aquel lugar sobrio y regio generan una estética simplemente espectacular. Llevé a mis padres y a mis niños (3 y 6 años) y todos salieron encantados. Es mejor no destripar la experiencia a nadie con vídeos ni fotos y dejar que quien entre se deje seducir por los tiempos del show

Cette expérience unique dans le dôme des invalides est vraiment magique! On peut déambuler librement pendant le spectacle et on en prend plein les yeux ! En revanche, il n'est pas nécessaire d'arriver 30 minutes avant.

Good communication. Timing that was given was respected, nice. Spectaculair light and sound show. Very impressive. The children (10 and 15) loved it.

Oui, c'est un spectacle et surtout une idée très intéressants. MAIS.... j'ai trouvé que la musique était "braillarde" et pas très belle, et les effets de lumière un peu monotones. Enfin j'aurais aimé être davantage promené par une histoire qui décrive et raconte davantage les faits historiques attachés à ce monument. Au final, j'ai le sentiment de ne pas avoir beaucoup appris.

Très beau spectacle dans un cadre inattendu. Les effets des lumières étaient très bien ciblés sur les différents partis du monument. Bien se positionner autour du tombeau de Napoléon pour apprécier les effets. Je recommande ça sort des habitudes 😉

Getting started

Arrive at Les Invalides and enter via Place Vauban, following specific access instructions. After a brief security check and ticket validation, make your way into the Dôme for the start of the show, with your exclusive nighttime entry. Please note, the experience begins 20 minutes after your ticket session time.

What to expect

Dôme des Invalides

The Dôme des Invalides is a renowned Parisian landmark, celebrated for its grand Baroque architecture and as the resting place of Napoleon I. This iconic monument transforms at night, offering a unique perspective on its historic chapels and vaulted ceiling.

Features

Aura lights and sound show: Experience a multimedia spectacle with lights, video mapping, orchestral music, and special effects that highlight the Dôme’s architecture and heritage.

Six chapels exploration: Wander through the six chapels at night, each illuminated to reveal new artistic and historical details.

Napoleon I’s Tomb: Witness the tomb of Napoleon I, a focal point beneath the Dôme’s impressive vaulted ceiling.

What to bring

Bring your entry ticket for admission.

Wear warm clothing, as it can be quite cold inside the Dôme des Invalides.

If you are sensitive to loud sounds, consider bringing earphones or earplugs.

What’s not allowed

Strollers, luggage, and bulky items are not allowed on site for safety reasons.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the site.

Accessibility

The experience is ambulatory and involves stairs both inside and outside the Dôme des Invalides; it is not suitable for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

There are no changing rooms, toilets, or catering facilities available on site.

Additional information

Enter only via Place Vauban (on the Dôme des Invalides side, near Ecole Militaire or St François Xavier metro stations). Entry via the Esplanade entrance is not permitted.

No latecomers will be admitted after the beginning of the experience.

The show begins 20 minutes after the session time indicated on your ticket and lasts approximately 50 minutes.

The experience is not recommended for children under 5 years old due to sensory elements such as flickering lights and high sound volume.

The presence of flickering lights and high volume during the experience may affect sensitive people.

The Hôtel des Invalides is home to a military hospital. Please respect the peace of the residents by silence in the vicinity of the Dome.
