I purchased tkts prior to leaving home and all went perfectly, as Headout described at their website. The Link to Sightseeing Experience app made it easy to follow commentary and orient for all points of interest. The Red and Blue routes were our choices and they coordinated well. Staff were friendly and knew Milan to heart. The CitySightseeing fleet prevailed! Their meeting points were well marked and the buses were scheduled well, with plenty of room. (perhaps the cooler weather helped with traffic numbers).

Your buses are eye catching and easy to sight making it convenient to locate them. The clear commentary and the choice of languages are ample. Overall a great tour with good value for money if you use more than two routes

I didn't realize there are several Davinci museums. Evidently we bought tickets to one but tried to go to another and we were denied unless we bought more tickets.

The driver on the blue line was incredibly nice. He offered to help us catch the last tour on the red line and called ahead to ensure they would wait for us.

The museum was amazing! Leonardo Di Vinci was an amazing man. I never knew he created so many important things. So many different flying contraptions.
