A really enjoyable cruise along the river with friendly staff and comfortable boats. It's worth downloading the app to be able to listen to the commentary in advance of getting onto the boat as it takes a while and by the time it's ready, you may have missed the start of it.

Bonita experiencia! Llegamos antes de la hora que teníamos y no nos pusieron problema para subir en otra embarcación anterior. Había mucho ambiente por la orilla del río, músicos q animaban a la gente, puestos para comprar regalos...y muchos sitios para comer o cenar.

Begin at Cais da Ribeira, where you’ll board a restored rabelo boat for your Douro cruise. After your river journey, follow instructions to Livraria Lello for entry; your guided walking tour in Porto is available from the day after your cruise.

Experience Porto’s riverfront from a unique perspective as you glide past the city’s six historic bridges, each with its own story and architectural style. The cruise is operated on a traditional rabelo boat, once used to transport port wine barrels along the Douro.
