Unfortunately it was only when we got there that I realised I had booked tickets for the following day, however the staff were extremely kind and helpful and changed them there and then which meant we enjoyed the whole experience of such a magical place, not just the Harry Potter connection but the amazing range of books available - we bought 6! Our Lello tickets included a visit to their foundation which we visited a few days later. Note that it is in a separate location. We would visit again next in Porto.SScott C
