We really enjoyed our tour, our guide was clearly passionate about Cretan history which made it both engaging and interesting. I particularly enjoyed the blend of Greek mythology with historical facts and also how much the views have been adapted overtime. There were 10 people in our group which worked well and we would definitely recommend this tour to our friends.
It was ueful to have pre-booked tickets to avoind the long lines as well as the audio tour. I would recommend this to anyone who want a hassled free experience.

When we arrived no one from Headout was there . We were expecting headphones and a device to be handed to us but there were none . The audio guide was QR codes around the site , that were free for every visitor . So basically felt completely ripped off by Head out
The directions on the app Key Tours were terrible, we spent half the time trying to figure out where to go. It would be helpful if they had employees who can direct you to the next exhibit as it was very confusing.
