What to bring

• Choose comfortable clothing and sturdy walking shoes suitable for outdoor exploration.

• Pack sun protection, including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

• Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the tour.

• Keep a valid photo ID with you in case it’s required at check-in.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour.

• Smoking is not permitted at any point during the experience.

Accessibility

• The experience includes walking through gardens and boarding a trolley; guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact Kualoa Ranch in advance to discuss possible accommodations.

• Wheelchair access may be limited in some areas, so it’s recommended to inquire before booking to confirm suitability.

Additional information

• All guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Child rates apply only to ages 3–12.

• Trolley seating is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The tour operates rain or shine, so please check the forecast and dress appropriately.

• Guests are asked to arrive at the Visitor Center at least 45 minutes before the scheduled tour time to complete check-in.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
