The planning behind the tour, the skybridge, the views from the observatory deck and the skybridge and the ending, going to the 83rd floor with the shop and restaurant was a fairytale.

Der Buchungsprozess war sehr einfach. Die schriftliche Bestätigung kam promt und auch heute bei der Einlösung des Kombitickets funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Ich hatte die Petronas Tower's um 10.30 Uhr a.m. gebucht und es war sehr leer...sprich man hatte sehr viel Platz,Ruhe für die Besichtigung und KEIN Gedränge um die besten Fotoplätze zb. Den KL Tower habe ich dann zur Dämmerung aufgesucht. Auch kein Gedränge,aber voller als bei den Zwillingstürmen morgens. Trotzdem ist die Zeit der Dämmerung top....wenn die Sonne langsam untergeht und gleichzeitig die Lichter nach und nach angehen.

Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers was one of the highlights of our Malaysia trip. Booking through Headout was quick and hassle-free, and the tickets were easy to access. Totally a new experience as not just another Skyscraper visitation with only height views of the city but an unbelievable & amazing moment of seeing one of the twin beautiful tower so close where we standing tall. Proudly to say the architectural designed is admirable & impressed even from a far distance & close up view! Love them! P/s The Staffs are very friendly & helpful too. ^^

The entry process was very smooth. The line was fast and security was efficient. They have a bagge check to put your mall purchases, which was very helpful. The guides were very kind and even helped with photos. The cafe staff was superb and quickly cleaned a table for us. Overall, wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
