What to bring

• Your smartphone with your admission confirmation email or mobile voucher for admission.

• Simple clothing that can be worn under uniforms and does not restrict movement.

• Allergen-free food, baby food, insulated drink bottles, or plastic bottled drinks (one per person)

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and drinks, except for allergen-free food, baby food, insulated drink bottles or plastic bottled drinks (one per person).

• Groups that do not contain at least one kid between the ages of 3 and 15 years old are not allowed to enter.

• These tickets cannot be combined with other reservations or plans.

Accessibility

• Experiences are not individually marked for accessibility. Please contact KidZania for accessibility information.

Additional information

• Doors open 30 minutes before each shift. Activities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Only kids aged 3 to 15 years old can experience activities.

• Toddlers under 3 years old can enter for free. Groups consisting of only guardians and toddlers are not allowed to enter.

• Experiencing activities does not require any additional fees.

• Nearby parking is available for a fee, but includes a complimentary period.

• Cancellations and refunds are not available after the reservation deadline.

• Please carefully check your visit's date and shift before arriving at KidZania. Admission may be refused for mistakes in reservation information.
