What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID or passport copy, as it is mandatory for tourists and may be requested at check-in.

• Wear swimwear or quick-dry clothing suitable for a marine environment, as you may get splashed during the ride.

• Bring a change of clothes for after your session, as you may want to change out of wet or damp attire.

• Apply sunscreen before your ride and bring extra, as there is no shade on the water and sun exposure can be intense.

• Bring cash or card if you wish to rent a towel on site, as towels are not included and are available for 50 AED.

• Consider bringing a waterproof phone case or GoPro if you wish to capture your own footage during the experience.

What's not allowed

• Operating the jet car under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Guests with severe heart, back, or neck conditions, or who are pregnant, are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.

Additional information

• Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and a mandatory safety briefing.

• No driving license is required to operate the jet car, as a certified instructor will guide you throughout the experience.

• The minimum age to drive the jet car is 18 years; children under 3 years old and adults over 81 years old are not permitted to participate.

• Children aged 3 and above may join as passengers but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn for the entire duration of the ride.

• The experience operates from Dubai Marina or Jumeirah Beach (Fishing Harbour, Umm Suqeim); your exact meeting point will be provided in your booking confirmation.

• Towel rental is available on site for 50 AED, as towels are not included in your booking.

• Book your experience at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during weekends and public holidays.

• In the event of adverse weather conditions, the operator may reschedule or cancel the experience, offering a full refund or an alternative date.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
