Wonderful narrator. Funny, knowledge and he knowledge of island history. Sometimes I was wondering how he could drive on the narrow streets. My only real complaint was it would be more pleasant if it was air-conditioned or had a few fans to distribute the air when you were stopping at a light.

Very convenient for visiting several different locations! Be sure and grab a map and take a photo of the QR code before you leave the trolley the first time. Highlyrecommend Grace and Chris as guides!

Our driver was great. Very knowledgeable and told many insider stories. Booking on HeadOut did not go smoothly. The ticket lady at Hop on/hop off said she never heard of you! I showed her the email receipt but that wasn't enough. She needed something to scan. I finally figured out that I needed to download your app to get the code. Then when she tried to scan it she had technical problems! She directed me to another lady to scan it. I gave the 5 stars for the driver. HeadOut gets 2 stars for the inconveniences I outlined above.

What's not allowed

Pets are not permitted on the trolley.

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are not allowed aboard the trolley.

Large luggage or oversized items that may obstruct aisles or seating areas are prohibited.
