Was mir an dieser Tour besonders gefallen hat, war, dass man in relativ kurzer Zeit einen guten Eindruck von der ganzen Stadt bekommt. Man sieht von allem ein bisschen – verschiedene Stadtviertel, Sehenswürdigkeiten und interessante Orte – und kann anschließend entscheiden, was man gerne noch genauer erkunden möchte. Für mich war es eine tolle Möglichkeit, Glasgow kennenzulernen und einen ersten Überblick über die Stadt zu gewinnen. 😊🚌

Wir sind die Tour an zwei Tagen gefahren , einmal als Livetour, wo wir leider nur die Hälfte der Beschreibung verstanden, weil wir uns noch nicht in den Dialekt "eingehört" hatten, und einmal mit multilingualem Kommentar.

At first it was hard to determine where the stops were. There is a change in route due to construction. It's fine once you know where to get on.

First bus: 9:30am from Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Last bus: 4:30pm from Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Frequency: Every 30 minutes

Popular stops: Riverside Museum, George Square, Glasgow Green

Yellow route

Hop on the Yellow Route for a captivating journey through Glasgow’s dynamic attractions. Start at North Hanover Street, where the city’s energetic pulse is felt. Discover Tennent's Brewery’s historic brewing legacy, then dive into Merchant City’s eclectic mix of shops and cafes. Marvel at Celtic Park, a football shrine, and unwind in the serene Pollok Park, home to the impressive Burrell Collection and lush gardens.

First bus: 9:45am from Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Last bus: 4:15pm from Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Frequency: Every 30 minutes

Additional Information

The tour does not operate on December 25 & 26, and January 1 & 2.

The Red tour is available all-year round, whereas the Yellow tour is only available during the high season.

Stop 1: Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Stop 3: Stop 3 for Tennent's Brewery is currently unavailable due to roadworks.
