    - Das Online-Ticket funktionierte im Bus nicht, man konnte es dort nicht ausdrucken - Ohne ausgedrucktes Ticket wollte man uns nichts auf ein Schiff lassen - Nette Mitarbeiter waren dann aber sehr hilfreich und kulant und nach viel Mühe liess man uns dann doch noch auf ein Schiff. - Die Touren (Bzs und Schiff) waren sehr interessant und die Guides waren super!

    There was a guide giving his speech very loud in German in the bus. We could not hear our audio guide in Spanish while he was speaking. On the other hand, it was very difficult to find the boat ride we had purchased. Only after a lot of persistence we were able to find Sofía, who saved the day for us

    Wir hatten eine tolle Betreuung von unserem Reiseleiter und dem Fahrer. Quasi individuell, konnten Fragen stellen und bekamen alles beantwortet. Toll. Auch die Schifffahrt war sehr personalisiert für uns. Witzig und interessant. Einfach klasse.

    Meglio parlare di ciò che non ha funzionato. Orario dichiarato non è stato rispettato e la guida sulla barca parlava solo tedesco. Non c'era nemmeno un produttore di lingua inglese. Quindi esperienza nel complesso sufficiente ma non la consiglierei
