Mi rono recata a Genova per una settimana a inizio settembre. Un adulto, un 63enne che non cammina molto (problemi ginocchio), un adolescente (11 anni). Abbiamo optato per uso City Sightseeing per farci un'idea iniziale e generale della città, senza stancarci troppo. Ottima la possibilità di poter fare due percorsi (linea rossa e linea blu). Ottima la audio guida in più lingue che da infarinature storiche, architettoniche e così via. All'inizio abbiamo fatto un pò di fatica a salire sul mezzo poichè già pieno, ma passando ogni 30 min, abbiamo atteso il successivo con successo. Era la prima volta su questi mezzi, ad ogni modo, esperienza ottima! Da ripetere! Grazie!

Hace un recorrido muy completo y hay un buen servicio que te permite subir y bajar sin tener que esperar más que unos minutos. Volvería a repetir la experiencia

Hop on Hop off are always fun way to see the city. If we have time we book for 2 days , first one ride around then second day get off at chosen areas

We had a great day travelling both router more than once. I feel the buses should be more frequent, that is my only complaint. The service was very good. Thank you.

Servizio al top. Conducente gentile ed informato su tutto. Il giro in se è una favola consiglio a tutti in più essendo il biglietto valido tutto il giorno si può scendere e risalire lungo i percorsi che sono due. Un piccolo problemino l'ho avuto per via degli orari che non ho trovato su una delle fermate ed ho aspettato per niente 15 minuti. Poi ho scoperto via il sito che le corse terminano alle 17:30. Ed ho proseguito a piedi. L'audio guida insegna un sacco di cose e la musica classica nelle pause è molto gradita.

Interesting locations but commentary a bit juvenile. No indication of when stops coming up and no easy way to indicate when you want to get off.

It was a great way to get around and see the city. However, there is no Wi-Fi on the Tour bus. Agent on bus couldn't help us perhaps not a strong connection but tried multiple times and multiple locations. As a result, we could not use the interactive map. It was disappointing to have recorded audio. Often it didn't seem like the audio synced up with the location on the tour. It would've been helpful if the agent or the driver made an announcement of upcoming stops and clarified if you were getting on a red or blue bus. I discovered where it was labeled blue but only after getting on and off the bus a few times. It would also be nice if the on board tour guide added in a few comments to make it more personable. I believe there were fewer buses running because it was a slower season. It was nice seeing the city and getting around quickly my comments above make it a three star versus more stars.
