Please make sure to arrive on site at least 15 minutes before your starting time. Begin your visit at your reserved entry time.

What to expect

Highlights of Holland is Amsterdam’s newest indoor experience, showcasing the country’s iconic culture and history in one interactive hour. Discover Dutch traditions and culture brought to life in an immersive way, all under one roof.

Interactive group experiences: Don't just watch—participate together! Create your own music by cycling, dress up in traditional Dutch costumes, and watch masterpieces by Rembrandt and Van Gogh come to life in the Dutch Golden Age.

Audio guides: Enhance your hour-long experience with audio guides available in six languages, offering additional context and stories behind the iconic traditions of the Netherlands.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the Highlights of Holland museum.

Bringing outside food, beverages, or snacks is not permitted.

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

Accessible restrooms are available on-site.

The experience is currently not accessible for deaf or visually impaired visitors.

Certain areas include strobe or flashing lights. Guests sensitive to these effects should proceed with caution.

The experience duration is approximately 65 to 75 minutes.

Opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

There is no private parking available. Public parking options are about a 7-minute walk away. Visiting by bike, on foot, or via public transport is recommended.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Audio guides are offered in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Italian.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Entry for late arrivals is subject to availability.

If your plans change, you can reschedule your visit up to 4 hours in advance.
