Riding on the High Roller was on the list for my visit to Las Vegas. From beginning to the end, the staff was friendly, mannerable and very pleasant to us. We took pictures even though we didn't want to because the photographer made it fun. We didn't buy any pictures but enjoyed the experience. I would ride it again but at night. We were able to see the entire strip and the mountains were so clear on this day!

I was unable to experience the High Roller in Las Vegas. It was raining the only day I could go, and the High Roller was temporarily closed for safety. However, Headout's Customer Service was EXCELLENT in helping me get a quick refund for my tickets. There was ZERO HASSLE, and their staff, from the actual location staff to their customer service support was surprisingly awesome!!! Real review here, will definitely use Headout in the future. -K. I would suggest buying your tickets ahead of time. The line moved quickly we had a group of 10 people. I enjoyed the photo shoot prior to entering. Our bartender was very quick and was able to get drinks ro us quickly. The wheel was smooth and eased my anxiety about being high in the air and of course the gummy bear shot at the top helped. I can't wait to go back!

We had such a great experience at the High Roller! The views of Las Vegas were absolutely amazing, especially at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was super quick and well organized. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and it was a really fun way to see the Strip from above. Definitely worth doing while visiting Vegas!

Booking was easy and affordable. All staff members from parking at valet, staff at check in, photographers, bar service, boarding and check out (photograph purchase) were kind and informative. Thank you to all! We liked it so much we actually booked again and went a second time 😎

It was a great experience. Every time I went to Vegas I wanted to go up there, but I was scared... but once you're up there and you see it's not even moving, you calm down. I would do it again, but at night.
