We had a wonderful excursion up the mount Gornergrat toward Matterhorn. The weather that day was perfect. The scenery breathing. The cogwheel trains were smooth and efficient. Best recommendation is to get there early during tourist season because it gets crowded.... But the Swiss seem to handle crowds well. Great experience highly recommend it

Solo un piccolo momento di panico xchè con i biglietti digitali non siamo riusciti ad entrare. Dovevamo prima passare dal totem in stazione che ci ha poi fatto i biglietti cartacei x poter entrare. Ma nulla di grave, tutto risolto in pochi minuti. Grazie mille. Bella esperienza.

Begin at the Gornergrat Railway station in Zermatt and present your ticket at the boarding area. Use your one-way train ticket to Gornergrat or your round-trip train ticket to Gornergrat at 3,089 m, according to the option selected. If you hold a Swiss Pass or Half Fare Card, you can use your half-price ticket as indicated on your booking.
