The planning behind the tour, the skybridge, the views from the observatory deck and the skybridge and the ending, going to the 83rd floor with the shop and restaurant was a fairytale.

Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers was one of the highlights of our Malaysia trip. Booking through Headout was quick and hassle-free, and the tickets were easy to access. Entry was smooth, the staff were friendly and organized, and the entire experience was seamless. The views from the Skybridge and Observation Deck were absolutely breathtaking, especially with Kuala Lumpur’s skyline stretching in every direction. Totally a new experience as not just another Skyscraper visitation with only height views of the city but an unbelievable & amazing moment of seeing one of the twin beautiful tower so close where we standing tall. Proudly to say the architectural designed is admirable & impressed even from a far distance & close up view! Love them! P/s The Staffs are very friendly & helpful too. ^^

The entry process was very smooth. The line was fast and security was efficient. They have a bagge check to put your mall purchases, which was very helpful. The guides were very kind and even helped with photos. The cafe staff was superb and quickly cleaned a table for us. Overall, wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

What to expect

Petronas Twin Towers

Malaysia’s most iconic landmark, the Petronas Twin Towers rise 452 meters above Kuala Lumpur and are famed for their modern architecture and sweeping city views.

SkyBridge access: Walk the world’s highest two-story bridge, connecting the towers on the 41st and 42nd floors for a unique city perspective.

Genting SkyWorlds & Skytropolis

Unlimited rides: Enjoy a 1-day pass to all attractions across eight themed zones, from Ice Age adventures to the Mad Ramp Peak racing coaster.

Virtual Queue (VQ): Reserve up to three rides or shows in advance via the app to skip lines and maximize your day.

Cable car & Skytropolis: Ride the two-way Awana Skyway cable car ride with rainforest views, free entry to Chin Swee Caves Temple, and access to the indoor Skytropolis park—perfect for all-weather fun.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Smoking and chewing gum are not allowed.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available for use at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional information

Guests aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All personal items and baggage must pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint.

Guests must adhere to and obey signs, rules, and regulations from the authorities at the Petronas Twin Towers.

Please note that the venue is operational on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month.

Genting SkyWorlds & Skytropolis

What to bring

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

For the best experience, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a jacket or cardigan for the cool mountain weather, and consider a spare set of clothes for water rides. Costumes and full-face masks are not permitted inside the park.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks, selfie sticks, photography or videography, and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited at the theme park.

Accessibility

Wheelchair rental is available at Guest Services (Studio Plaza) — RM35 for single, RM50 for double. Cashless payments are accepted at ticket counters.

All show spaces accommodate guests with disabilities. Ask any Team Member for assistance.

Vegetarian dishes are available at most restaurants. No outside food or drinks allowed.

Children are to be supervised at all times.

Outdoor and large rides may close temporarily during rain or strong winds for your safety.

All washrooms include diaper-changing tables.
