Our tour of the Duomo was excellent. We had the exact experience we paid for on the app. We took a priority elevator to the terraces, waiting less than 20 minutes. We then did a self-guided tour, reading the educational signage and meandering at our own pace. We could have paid for an audio tour, but preferred this version for our wants/needs. The views were incredible, but be aware that there are several stairs to manage even with taking the elevator to the top, due to the age of the building. Overall, great experience!

A spectacular experience seeing the phenomenal architecture and beautiful interior of the cathedral. Definitely one of man's most amazing creations. The easy entry, followed by the direct access to the roof was great and made the whole experience seamless; and the ability to see everything at your own pace made it an even better experience.

It was perfect having the skip the line tickets with the lyft included. We went by elevator straight to the top with no wait. That left the 800 stairs just going down which we were so glad about. It was beautiful to see the architecture, stained glass, etc., both inside and out. We were so glad we visited the Duomo!

Nu am crezut ca poate exista asa o frumusețe pe lumea asta !!! Am avut pachetul întreg inclusiv urcarea cu ascensorul sus pe acoperiș și a fost ceva de vis .Totul a fost atât de ușor de vizitat încât nu ne mai dădeam plecați !merita orice bănuț plătit pt o așa experiență !!!

Very impressive to see the duomo roof terraces, an unforgettable experience. The meet location was wrong in our tickets but we were redirected to the correct entrance by a friendly worker. Everything was smooth.

The Duomo is truly spectacular and the experience was amazing! Full access tickets got us to the breathtaking rooftops and also to the subterranean excavation under the building which included a timeline of construction which was so helpful and educational. My only complaint was, after our experience having to exchange the online tickets for paper tickets at the Castile, we wandered aimlessly trying to find a similar office to repeat that process - when we could have gone straight to the skip the line gates! Please make it more clear WHAT you need to do (or NOT do) to actually walk into the building!
